How can I receive my eVisa for New Zealand?
Once your New Zealand eTA application has been approved, you will receive an electronic visa (eVisa) via email. This eVisa will be electronically linked to your passport, so you do not need to print out a physical copy. However, it is recommended that you print and bring a copy of the eVisa with you while traveling in New Zealand.
When you receive the email with your eVisa, make sure to review it carefully to ensure that all of the information is correct, including your name, passport details, and the duration of your stay in New Zealand. If you notice any errors, contact the New Zealand Travel & e-Visa Services immediately for guidance on what steps to take next.
It is important to note that eVisas are usually processed within 1-3 business days, but processing times may vary depending on the volume of applications. Therefore, it is recommended that you apply for your eTA well in advance of your planned travel date to allow sufficient time for processing and to avoid any potential delays. If you have any questions about the status of your eTA application, you can check the application status online on our navigation bar.
